Chattanooga, 2008

Saturday morning was not as I had hoped it would be, with thunderstorms rolling in at about 7:30. They say discretion is the better part of valor, so we decided to be quite valiant that day and not ride out into the lightning.

While we didn't get to ride the three states or the three mountains, we were able to find some of the best switch-backs I've ever seen anywhere. Click the photo for a better look. I'll have the rest of the pictures posted here shortly.

Not quite as we planned it this year, but a pretty good trip to Chattanooga just the same.
